Andy is a founder, entrepreneur and business leader with more than two decades of board-level experience across global organisations and high-growth entrepreneurial businesses. Having lived and worked internationally, his leadership philosophy has been shaped by a belief that exceptional organisations are built through people, purpose and culture, underpinned by strong governance, commercial discipline and long-term thinking.

In 2013, following a successful executive career that included serving as a Director of Bourne Leisure, owner of Haven, Butlin's and Warner Hotels, Andy founded TAG Live® with a clear ambition: to redefine the role of live entertainment as a powerful way of connecting people together through meaningful shared experiences.

What began as a single company has evolved into an international group delivering entertainment, technology and creative solutions across the UK, Europe and North America for many leading leisure, hospitality and entertainment brands.

Today, Andy leads with equal emphasis on commercial performance, innovation and organisational culture. He is recognised for building values-led businesses, developing high-performing leadership teams and creating organisations that combine creativity with commercial excellence to deliver sustainable long-term growth.
